Account Executive (Orange County/Phoenix)

A BandCon Account Executive has extensive internet infrastructure industry experience and knowledge to uncover new business opportunities to sell BandCon services into the marketplace.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create relationships with decision makers and close new business opportunities for organization
  • Provide consultative selling approach with a strong emphasis on customer service
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Maintain revenue forecasts to meet quota objectives
  • Effectively educate and communicate value proposition of BandCon product suite to customers and prospects
  • Maintain/grow current customer relationships
  • Work closely with other BandCon departments for all pre-sale and post-sale activities
  • Participate as required in all aspects of customer support
  • Keep abreast of the competition and key industry trends

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience selling internet/telecommunications services to customers with proven track record of success in selling and managing accounts and building accounts via relationships and cold calling/prospecting activity
  • Proven track record of building and executing sales strategies to penetrate, close and manage business
  • Professional demeanor with strong communications skills – verbal and written
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Must be able to keep organized, accurate records on daily activities and results
  • Bachelor’s degree and / or similar years of industry experience
  • Technical aptitude and proficiency with MS products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Salesforce.com is a plus
